Earlier in life, Kathy served as a corporate CEO, leading her company through a period of significant growth that ultimately resulted in a public buyout.

The Team! I am consistently amazed at how awesome, dedicated, and focused our team is. It’s really exciting seeing unique individuals with entirely different backgrounds and experiences come together with the common goal of making a program / session / project the best it can be. Go Team!
PARIS - and the French countryside. There’s something magical about sitting in a café, watching the world sweep by you, all the while enjoying your favorite beverage of choice. Not to mention the fabulous food. And breads. And patisseries. Take me back! ☺

The opportunity to help create something new and different. I also enjoy the flexibility.
I played tenor saxophone for over 12 years.
Autumn. I can't think of a single part of the country where autumn isn't absolutely wonderful.
For pleasure reading I love The Lord of the Rings, The Winds of War, War and Remembrance and The Thorn Birds. When it comes to business, some of my favorites are The Goal, Flawless Consulting and Your Brain at Work.

Great coworkers and the ability to wear fleece to work any day it’s below 50 degrees.
Most days, it’s a Toyota minivan—lots of lacrosse practices and skiing weekends. When the sun shines, I slip out in the Miata 2-seater convertible… wait, what was the question?
I come from a long line of breakfast lovers. My signature dish is sautéed red potatoes, onion, mushrooms and spinach with melted cheddar jack and basted eggs on top. With coffee. Strong coffee.

The People! There’s so much enthusiasm and energy focused on each other as a team, and on getting it "right" for the customer.
I love baking rustic French and Italian breads, and making breads using in-season fruit. I'm known as "the Bread Lady" at our local farmers' market.
I still crave a good bowl of hot oatmeal. When I was a little girl, we ate "Mother's Oats." The commercial for it said, "It's a love pat for your tummy!"
Living where I do, I have to say the fall. Nothing is so spectacular and soothing as leaf peeping while cruising the Blue Ridge Parkway.

I love the mission of CRN—I truly believe that middle managers are the heart and soul of most companies, and enjoy working with them.

Becoming a mother. Meeting my daughter when she was 6 and I was 46, and bringing her home to live with me five days later.
Jodi joined Coaching Right Now as an Account Manager in 2016.
Jodi has spent her career working with leaders and organizations in transition or undergoing change. Her work focuses on helping leaders know themselves as well as they know their business. She has played various roles in non-profit and for-profit companies of all sizes: coaching executives from small start-ups; designing and facilitating leadership development programs targeted at middle managers from technology and biotechnology companies; and, as part of a Human Capital team at a financial services company, building an Organizational Development and Training function.
A self-proclaimed foodie, Jodi is passionate about food and wine. She has described cooking for the people she loves as her meditation. Hiking in the redwood trees or to the ocean are two of her favorite things. She is grateful to live in the Bay Area, so she can easily do either in her free time.
After graduating from Baylor, I knew I was interested in working for a coaching company. With Coaching Right Now’s unique niche in coaching middle managers, I knew this was the right company for me.
I love watching Baylor Football! Sic ‘em, Bears! I am also a sucker for the Chicago Cub and have hopes that we will win the World Series again!
Fall! I love the colors changing on the trees and the mid-50s days when I can go for a walk with some warm coffee in hand.
Pumpkin! And, it is always more delicious on a cool, fall day!
Ashley started with CRN as System Administrator in 2013. She enjoys becoming an expert in all her work pursuits, thinking strategically and investigating new business ideas.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys running and drinking coffee. With kids Eden and Liam only 13 months apart, there’s never a dull moment for Ashley and her husband, Sean.
Ashley graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Corporate Communication. She currently lives in Chicago, where she was born and raised.
I’m very passionate about the work that CRN does. Every morning, I wake up believing that I’m doing work that matters. That is really an incredible gift; To know that what you’re doing every day can make a profound impact in the lives of other people. It’s something that I believe in with all of my heart.
I love spending time with my kids. They’re absolutely fascinating and are so much fun. The mind of a child is an incredible thing, and I believe that as a father, when my time is done, my greatest accomplishment on this earth will be my children. They are my legacy and I thoroughly enjoy learning about them and hearing what they think. We can learn a lot from the minds of children.
Oh, how I love the Fall! The changing season, the smells, the bonfires…the feeling in the air is electric. People get excited about the approaching holidays and all that comes with them.
My wife accuses me of some form of cult “book worship”… There are stacks of books all around our house and every week I’m sneaking in with new one’s that I’ve found in various shops. But in all seriousness, I love to read… It’s funny, growing up my mom and dad had to bribe me with $1.00 to get me to sit still and read a book. Now, picking one favorite is nearly an impossible task for me. I have a profound respect for authors like Fyodor Dostoevsky, Hannah Arendt, and John Steinbeck. These men and women are able to capture the essence of the human experience on paper in truly profound ways. In my mind, there are few things as rich and wonderful as a good story.
Jeff began at Coaching Right Now at the start of 2016 as a Program Manager. He has a background in project management, team leadership, and global retail operations through a 6-year tenure at the Chicago-based company, Argo Tea, Inc. He studied at Shimer College in Chicago, IL, an interdisciplinary college that focuses on critical thinking, writing, and developing a passion and knowledge for learning as a lifelong pastime. He graduated with a degree in Humanities with a secondary focus in Political Science.
Jeff currently lives in the Greater Chicagoland Area with his wife, Alyssa and their two children, Eloise and Wyatt.
He loves to learn new things and to be outdoors, so you can usually find him with a stack of books and a steaming cup of tea, biking on a trail, or in front of the barbecue.
After nearly fifteen years spent working in nonprofits, I was a bit unsure about branching out into the big scary for-profit world. When I read about the CAKE model on CRN’s website, it seemed clear that this was a company that shared my values and had a similar view of the world. How many businesses specifically talk about Kindness as a core value - and actually live it? Not enough!
I read A Tree Grows in Brooklyn when I was eleven years old, the same age Francie Nolan is at the beginning of Betty Smith's wonderful book. Reading has been my escape and my protection, much the same way it is for Francie throughout her life, and her story is a comfort that I revisit almost every year.
It's impossible to pick just one - How am I feeling today? How's the weather? What season are we in? What time is it? Am I listening with my kids? Am I driving? Am I drinking coffee? But I will never ever skip "5 Out of 6" by Dessa or "En Love" by Lizzo. (And my daughters will never let me skip "What About Us" by Pink or anything from any of the High School Musical soundtracks.)
I really love a lot of food (ask me about peanut butter sometime), but pizza is the only acceptable answer to this question. I am currently deep in a sausage and mushroom phase.

Robin joined the CRN team in 2011. As Recruiting Manager, she hired roughly 80 percent of the company’s current staff. Always eager for new opportunities and challenges, she added the role of Account Manager to her duties in 2015. While an HR professional by trade, Robin prides herself on her overall strategic business knowledge, and she is very passionate about affecting positive change within organizations.
In her free time, Robin enjoys running, reading and spending time with her family—especially a happy baby boy named PJ.
She graduated from the University of South Carolina with an MS in Personnel and Employment Relations and a BS in Psychology. She and her family currently reside in Charlotte, North Carolina.
I know all the research about how people learn. I was discouraged that people would walk out of a one-time workshop and only retain and apply 2% of what they learned. Working with CRN increased the opportunities for actual life change to happen by pairing what I love to do with coaching for learning that sticks!
Hey DJ by CNCO. I love to Latin dance and when that song comes on I can’t help but sing along and dance!
Be the change you wish to see in the world.
I absolutely love breakfast tacos! I make them every morning. Eggs, pickled jalapenos, bacon, and sometimes avocado on a whole wheat tortilla! YUMMY!!
Beth began working with CRN in 2013. As an Instructional Designer, Product Developer, and Facilitator, she takes effective, proven strategies and turns them into practical application. She enjoys working with people who are committed to growth and self-awareness.
Beth received her Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership at National Louis University and her Bachelor’s degree in Education from Northern Michigan University. She has studied and received training in a variety of additional methods, but if you asked her where she gets her expertise, she’d most likely say, “from the school of hard knocks, combined with a desire to learn and grow.”
Beth lives in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago where she loves to salsa dance, run, bike with her dog, and spend quality time with friends and family.
Education and helping others achieve their potential is one of the noblest pursuits I know of. CRN’s focus on professional development completely resonates with this. More to the point, CRN aims for consistency in both their external and internal relationships: they are committed to the growth of their clients and employees.
I love the Spring. It’s an explosion of color, light, and life--crocus, forsythia, increasingly longer hours of sunshine.
Happiness by Mathieu Ricard, geneticist by training who became a Buddhist monk. Reading this changed my life.
Palak paneer or any Ethiopian vegetarian platter. The Indians and Ethiopians do wondrous things with spices. Also, cheese. Any cheese.
Stephanie joined CRN as a Program Manager in 2016. Prior to CRN, she was involved with client retention and engagement in the financial services industry, public programs at the U.S. Botanic Garden, and helping students navigate the obtuse world of Algebra.
During her off hours, Stephanie indulges in adventures with new food, fashion, and her shamelessly undiscerning taste for all horror movies.
She holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a B.S. in Digital Media & Web Technology from the University of Maryland, University College. Based in the Washington, D.C. area, she feeds her childhood passion for the visual arts with freelance graphic design and illustration.
Their values! CRN encourages curiosity and uses that energy to make new connections with people. Engaging authentically and with kindness is one of life’s great joys.
Mustard yellow. It’s the perfect pop of color and always delightful.
The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up. I learned how to curate my “stuff,” and I keep only what sparks joy.
Stefanie joined CRN in 2017 as Project Manager and her focus is on launching new initiatives. She previously worked as a research librarian in the fields of academia, reference, and public service. Always curious with appreciative inquiries, Stefanie shows a passion for lifelong learning.
In her free time, she enjoys reading with her family, game nights, and delicious food paired with good conversation.
She received her M.S. in Library and Information Science at Kent State University and a B.A. in Psychology at Boston University. Stefanie currently lives in Columbus, Ohio with her husband, Josh, and two young boys, Nathan and Gabriel.
One of my primary values is authentic relationships, which is at the core of both what CRN teaches, as well as practices. And I love the flexibility of working virtually.
I have something called synesthesia, which for me means numbers have both gender and personality. (Side note: I thought everyone did this until just a few years ago. Who knew?)
Spring would definitely be my favorite season … since we’re just coming out of the cold of winter, but haven’t yet hit the humidity and heat of summer.
My favorite book series since childhood has been The Chronicles of Narnia.

Pioneering. CRN has broken into a market that was by and large untapped. The concept of focusing on middle management, and offering coaching services to this very important, very massive group of people, is simply stated -- pioneering!

Spring. It's a stunning yearly reminder to be present, continue to grow, and to take in the natural beauty Mother Nature provides.
Annie started with CRN in 2018 and is the Executive Assistant to Bill, our CEO. With over 16 years of experience working with high-level executives, Annie brings organizational exuberance to this important role.
Before diving into EA work, Annie worked in Business Administration for L’Oreal USA in New York City, where she lived for 13 years before moving to Upper Montclair, New Jersey.
With a degree in fine cooking from The Institute of Culinary Eduction in New York City, and a Certification in Vinyasa Yoga Teacher training, she is easily tracked down in her kitchen or in the nearest yoga studio.
