What is your favorite quote?

“Maybe the journey isn't so much about becoming anything. Maybe it's about un-becoming everything that isn't really you, so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place.” ― Paulo Coelho

What's your favorite book?

Do I have to pick just one? I LOVE books and books have been instrumental in my life in so many ways.

The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership is my favorite non-fiction book; it defines how to take responsibility for your life and the way you interact with others.

The Fountainhead is my favorite fiction book; it illustrates the challenges of maintaining your personal integrity amongst social pressures.

Amber Williams

Senior Client Experience Manager

Amber joined CRN in the summer of 2022 as a Client Experience Manager. She works closely with Clients, Participants, and Coaches to ensure they have a seamless and impactful experience. She thrives on gaining a deep understanding of Client organizations through making meaningful connections to their most valued asset, their people!

Amber has experience with learning & development, organizational development consulting, and retail category management. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Theater at Columbia College Chicago and her Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology at William James College in Massachusetts. The foundation of her career was built in the foodservice and hospitality industry where she learned the value of relationships both in customer service and in leadership. She has worked closely with front line workers, founders, CEO’s, and everyone in between to develop talent, learning, and organizational strategies that have lasting positive impact on the organizations and the people that make them. She has done this work with both startups such as Argo Tea, and global companies such as Eataly, where she was able to design and implement strategies across organizational levels and functions. Midway through her career, she took her creative efforts to developing new products for the beloved grocer, Trader Joe’s, where she worked as the Category Manager for Coffee, Tea, and Shelf stable beverages. She loved her work but the people side of the business beckoned her and brought her back to her roots in people and organizational systems by completing her Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and contract consulting work with Bain & Company to assess their digital learning efforts throughout the pandemic and provide recommendations for future programs. She is thrilled to bring her past experiences and values to Coaching Right Now and the organizations we support.

What is an interesting fact about you?

I know A LOT about tea from my days of teaching baristas how to prepare it and sell it. The world of tea is vast and exciting for those with an inquisitive palate. There are so many varieties! I never tire of talking to people about it, especially those who are new to it.

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?

If I could go anywhere in the world, it would be some place with a lot of history and beautiful landscapes. Anywhere in Scotland, Ireland, or Italy.

I could write a novel here, but I won't. I'm inspired by beauty in all forms: from nature, art, music, theater, and fashion … to the beauty of humans being loving and kind to each other (and always assuming positive intent) is magic.

I'm inspired to collaborate with our team and clients to create and deliver unique, life-changing coaching and development experiences … otherwise known as "The Art of Human Expansion".

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?

I've had the privilege of living in and traveling to many countries over the years, but I've never been to Spain and Portugal. However, if I'm only allowed to go ONE place in the world, I'd pick Italy, hands down!
