    What is your favorite quote?

“Freedom of the mind requires not only, or not even especially, the absence of legal constraints but the presence of alternative thoughts. The most successful tyranny is not the one that uses force to assure uniformity but the one that removes the awareness of other possibilities, that makes it seem inconceivable that other ways are viable, that removes the sense that there is an outside.” - Allan Bloom

What do you love about working at Coaching Right Now?

The people, hands down! Everyone I have met is incredible! They are genuine, kind, personable and great at what they do!

If you could go anywhere in the world where would you go?

Jupiter, given I make it back! Wouldn’t that be amazing, to explore where no one has ever been. The advancement of technology has made the world feel incredibly accessible, but space is still just slightly out of reach. I think the next wave of “exotic” travel will be outside of our atmosphere.

    Kate Leos

    Senior Program Manager

Kate has been with Coaching Right Now as Coaching Program Manager since 2018. She has a background in nonprofit work, including direct service, operations and project management, and content creation. What do you love about working at Coaching Right Now?

After nearly fifteen years spent working in nonprofits, I was a bit unsure about branching out into the for-profit world. How many businesses specifically talk about Kindness as a core value - and actually live it? Not enough!
